These Terms govern your use of soma-goods.com (the "Site"), operated by Soma Essential Nutrition Limited ("SOMA", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hong Kong. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Pre-launch site

SOMA products are not yet available to buy. The Site lets you learn about SOMA and join our waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create an order, reserve stock or guarantee availability, price or launch date in your country. When sales open, separate terms of sale will apply.

2. Product information

We describe SOMA products as accurately as we can, but details such as ingredients, nutrition values, sizes and packaging may change before launch. Content on the Site is general information about nutrition and wellness. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified health professional. Speak to your doctor before changing your diet if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.

3. Waitlist and emails

By joining the waitlist you agree that we may email you about SOMA's launch and, if you opt in, marketing content. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

4. Intellectual property

The SOMA name, logo, photography, text and design of the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Site may link to third-party websites or social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOMA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time, including when we begin selling products. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections given by the law of your country of residence.
